Grilleriet suits all occasions – you can choose between traditional table service, have a drink and a quick bite at the bar or sit next to our open kitchen to see our chefs in action.
Our magnificent chefs offer dishes that mixes modern and creative techniques based on classic gastronomy as well as new creations with elements from various food cultures. While we do not hesitate to challenge the taste of spices in ingredients from other parts of the world, we always stay true to seasonal ingredients.

We meet you immediately with a nice bar in the middle of the restaurant, a large and open kitchen (the hart of Grilleriet), and at the opposite end an integrated bookcase that fills the entire wall from floor to ceiling. The books in our bookcase are for cooking, and if you bring your own cookbook and it does not exist on the shelf already, we are willing to exchange it for today's main course.
