Tender meat, fish and shellfish are prepared on a Josper charcoal grill in the center of the restaurant giving a unique taste and juiciness.
Grilleriet suits all occasions – you can choose between traditional table service, have a drink and a quick bite at our nice bar or sit next to our open kitchen to witness our chefs in action.
Our restaurant has an integrated bookshelf that fills the entire wall from floor to ceiling. This is intended for cookbooks, and if you bring your own cookbook (and it does not exist on the shelf already) we are willing to exchange it for today's main course. Welcome to Grilleriet!
